BSSH Strategic Plan 2024 - 2028

 

The BSSH Strategic plan 2024-2028 has been developed in consultation with members and sets out the overall strategy and actions that we will take to achieve our charitable aims for the benefit of members, patients and the general public.

Five strong themes and priorities emerged during the consultation process which will be our focus:

  • Communication
  • Financial Health
  • Academic and Clinical Excellence
  • Innovation and Modernisation
  • Influence, Outreach and Partnership.
