Best Practice and Consent

In this section we provide material which will lead to better consent and reduce the threat of medicolegal action.  Over time we hope to include advice and guidance from legal professionals, as well as tips and tricks from healthcare professionals with established medicolegal experience.  The intention of this resource is to reduce the threat of litigation and to better understand the medicolegal aspects of what we do.  It is neither intended to be used to support the mediolegal practice of individual members, nor to provide medicolegal advice.
