A novel one-day course to teach hand fracture fixation along with the soft tissue management of the hand. Delegates operate on a high-definition, composite, state of the art, hand model created using silicone and 3D printed tendons and bones. Delegates will perform the incisions to access fractures of the hand, become familiar with the anatomy of the soft tissues and fix a variety of fractures using plates and screws There will be lectures on the principles of fracture management and case based discussions and simulated Procedure Based Assessments.
