DESCRIPTION:A National Faculty of Expert Hand Surgeons with specialist practice in Nerve Injuries\n\nBasic Concepts of Nerve Pathology - Problem Based Learning\n\nAimed at CT1-ST8 level surgeons with a view to expanding knowledge on the basics of peripheral nerve surgical pathology\, developing the appropriate clinical examination and explanation of the neurophysiology using a problem based learning approach.\n\nThere will be the opportunity to examine patients and practise suturing skills on cadaveric nerves.\n\nTarget audience: Fellows and Senior Trainees (ST7+)  \, Junior Specialty Trainees (ST3-6)  \, Core Trainees  \n\nAnticipated Number of faculty: 8\n\nAnticipated Number of delegates: 25\n\nLearning Outcome: Expanding knowledge on the basics of peripheral nerve surgical pathology\, developing the appropriate clinical examination and explanation of the neurophysiology using a problem based learning approach.\n\nWill delegates receive an award or qualification for attending?: Certificate of attendance\n\nCourse Cost: £130\n\n
