Lectures\, demos\, practical training\, and realistic phantoms for carpal tunnel and trigger finger sono-surgery release.\n\nTarget audience: Consultants\, Fellows and Senior Trainees (ST7+)\, Junior Specialty Trainees (ST3-6) Hand therapists\, Core Trainees\, Foundation Doctors Allied Healthcare Professionals  \n\nAnticipated Number of faculty: 2\n\nAnticipated Number of delegates: 15\n\nLearning Outcomes:\n\nFocused Ultrasound (USS) training\, reviewing basic principles\, knobology\, and machine use.Review of sono-anatomy to diagnose and treat common hand and wrist conditions\, including carpal tunnel syndrome\, trigger digit\, De Quervain’s tenosynovitis\, and thumb CMC joint OA.USS-guided injection techniques for managing common conditions.Hands-on practical experience with USS machines\, practicing scanning techniques on each other\, models\, simulators\, and realistic phantoms to perform carpal tunnel and trigger finger sono-surgery.Ultrasound scanning at the point of care from a hand surgeon’s perspective.Setting up an ultrasound-guided injection clinic\, including practical tips and tricks.Will delegates receive an award or qualification for attending?: Certificate of attendance\n\n
