click here \n\n Technical Information for SpeakersTechnical Presentations\n\nPlease see below the technical information for the different types if presentations\n\nSpeaker Instructions:\n\nFor free paper presentation (please scroll further down for more information) and all other invited speakers.\n\nSpeaker Loading:  Boardroom 2\n\nThis is where all your talk will be reviewed and then the tech team will aid you\, your talk can be saved on a USB stick here and loaded to the system to be displayed.\n\nPlease note that all presentations must be loaded 30 minutes in advance of the session\, please ensure you arrive early to load your talk. On Thursday arrive in good time if your session is Thursday morning.\n\n1. All screens are 16:9 (or widescreen) so presentations should be created in this format.\n\n2. It is recommended that any media (photos/videos/audio etc) be embedded into the presentation\, and an original copy in the same folder\, in case of any issues. For example\, a hyperlink to a YouTube presentation is unlikely to work when there are numerous delegates logged onto the Wi-Fi network\, if we have the source media (video or audio file) then we have a chance at being able to use alternative means to play them.\n\n3. Any videos should be no higher than HD format (1080p) as our systems will downgrade to this resolution\, anything higher than this can be played but will only display at 1080p\, lower resolutions are ok\, however 720p should be considered the minimum quality for display purposes.\n\n4. Audio files preferred as .wav or .mp3 format as these can be played easily on all our equipment\, we can play other formats\, however prior notice will be required. Without this\, it may not be possible to play other formats.\n\n5. We have Windows 10 laptops with the latest version of Office via the 365 subscription and one MAC book\n\n6. It will not be possible to present from your personal computer. All presentations must be loaded onto the conference computers via UBS stick.\n\n7. There will be a AV technician to help you in the speaker loading room- Boardroom 2\, this is where your presentations will be collected.\n\n8. Please save your presentation on a USB stick as a PPT and bring to the live event.\n\n9. If you do need to use your MAC book laptop for any reason\, please bring appropriate adapters that fit HDMI portals.\n\nPoster Presentations\n\nDeadline to submit your poster to the secretariat\, Wednesday 9 October \n\nAs you are already aware we require two versions of your poster in the following formats: \n\n1. Portrait infographic for the NXT book (Hand Journal) \n\nPoster infographic for presentation - main meeting\n\nPosters should be submitted as PowerPoint infographic ONLY.
